Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales in the D-A-CH region. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the D-A-CH region
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Software Engineering or related field
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and proficiency in Google Workspace
Knowledge of the D-A-CH market and understanding of cultural nuances is preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally within the D-A-CH region
